FREE STANDARD COURIER SHIPPING ON ORDERS ABOVE IDR 200,000

We currently offer free standard courier shipping to local customers on orders above RP200,000 (in a single purchase). However, the total order amount must be above IDR 200,000 after discounts, excluding shipping charges.

(1) Standard Courier Shipping (SiCepat Express)

• Delivery time does not include verification and administrative processing.

We offer a fixed rate for shipping based on the size and weight of the items via our courier.

GC Collective Indonesia provides door-to-door delivery services.

Please note that we do not ship to multiple addresses for a single order.

All orders via SiCepat Express Shipping will take 2–5 working days to be delivered. Delivery will take place at any time, depending on the courier service.

Deliveries can occur anytime between 9 am – 6 pm, as there is no specific delivery time slot available.

Please be aware that some courier services may be unable to deliver to areas with security restrictions.

Shipping & Delivery Terms & Conditions

All local orders will be dispatched from the warehouse on the next working day after your order.

For example, if you order on Tuesday, it will be dispatched on Wednesday.
If you order on Friday, your order will be dispatched the following Monday.

Parcels are handled and delivered by courier services within Indonesia. While we aim to deliver within 2–5 working days, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery timeframe. In the event that part of your order is unavailable and removed for any reason, the shipping charges will not be reimbursed.

Please note that there will be no shipping reimbursement in the event of refunds or exchanges.

In some cases, it may not be possible for us to deliver to certain locations. If this occurs, we will notify you using the contact details you provided. You can then arrange an alternate delivery address.

If your package is returned to our warehouse due to multiple failed delivery attempts or an incorrect/incomplete/invalid shipping address, additional shipping charges will apply to re-ship your package.

If delivery or collection is delayed due to your unreasonable refusal to accept delivery, or if you do not accept delivery or collect the product within two weeks of our first delivery attempt, we may (without affecting any other rights or remedies available to us) take either or both of the following actions:

(1) Charge you for any fees and other costs reasonably incurred by us; or
(2) No longer make the parcel available for delivery or collection.
